Emotiva's XMC-1 is a fully balanced 7.3.6 Atmos/DTS-X pre-amplifier/processor which is ideal for high end home theatre installations. Its level of sound quality also ensures the best possible sound quality with music as well as movies, thanks to the ultra-high resolution Verita 32bit 768kHz DACs. Full stereo and multi-channel DSD decoding is provided too. Analogue sources can be set to bypass any digital circuitry.
On the front fascia, a headphone socket allows private listening. An analogue 3.5mm jack and digital USB inputs cater for listening to music via personal music players and USB sticks. A centrally placed volume control keeps the fascia hassle free. The display shows the source and surround more, and full spec of the audio and video of that source.
