The TecnoDec - Gyro-fied!

MICHELL turntables at the little audio company
Michell Revolv turntable in silver

It may look like a slimline Gyro - and in some ways, essentially, it is. Michell have taken the basic non-sprung design of the TecnoDec and applied various design aspects of the new Gyro to it, and in doing so have come up with a turntable that outperforms the outgoing Gryo.

Big improvements don't come cheap, so the new Gyro created quite a price gap between itself and the TecnoDec. Michell needed something to fill that gap - enter the REVOLV.

As can be seen below, it shares the simpler chassis design of the TecnoDec, although this is constructed of the same machined 19mm aluminium chassis as the new Gyro, rather than the acrylic of the TecnoDec. Smaller peripheral brass weights hanging from the Delrin platter give it the Gyro look, increasing inertia for better speed stability. Sorbothane feet provide vibration isolation - the Revolv isn't a sprung chassis, and while those feet will absorb vibration, do consider a vibration absorbing platform depending on the surface it's going to sit upon.

As with our AVID turntable trade-up scheme, the little audio company is offering a generous trade-in for your old Rega turntable against a Michell turntable - a big incentive to 'trade up' and get much more from your record collection.

Any Michell turntables purchased from the little audio company in the future will attract a healthy part exchange value if traded in against other Michell decks, as would any tonearm upgrades.
