The YBA Heritage A200 amplifier builds upon the excellent amplification of the A100, adding a a little more power as well as digital inputs for external digital sources.
The clean looking brushed aluminium fascia sports only two controls - one for volume, and one for input selection. A central display shows volume level and chosen input.
The amplifier sits on three feet - two of which are damped, and the third is solid, allowing vibrations to escape the unit.
The YBA Heritage A200 amplifier provides four analogue RCA inputs plus a balanced XLR input. A fifth RCA analogue input (marked video) acts as an AV bypass, allowing it to be easily incorporated into home theatre systems.
Incorporating a DAC, the Heritage A200 adds wireless aptX HD Bluetooth streaming from phones and tablets, and two digital inputs - an optical input, and a type C USB input capable of up to 32bit/384kHz PCM decoding as well as DSD256. Power to this digital section can be switched off when listening to analogue sources.
A pair of pre-outputs facilitate the addition of an external power amplifier, or either single or dual subwoofers.
