Acoustic Energy's flagship bookshelf speaker offers carbon fibre drive units in a beautifully finished cabinet.
The AE500 is a compact bookshelf speaker consisting of a two-way driver array, incorporating a 5" mid/bass driver and a 25mm tweeter. Both drivers are made from stiff, lightweight carbon fibre.
The AE500 utilises a rear firing bass reflex port, extending bass response and improving efficiency.
The cabinet is available in high-gloss white or high-gloss black, and real wood veneer American walnut finishes.
